摘要
随着用户对配电网供电可靠性的要求越来越高,传统故障处理模式已无法满足用户需求,以智能分布式馈线自动化为代表的新技术逐渐兴起。为了解决智能分布式馈线自动化系统与主站之间存在拓扑不统一、不准确的问题,文中提出拓扑模型的二次校核方案,通过分析拓扑类型、拓扑变更原因和拓扑更新方式,论述了拓扑校核的必要性,介绍了一次校核对象、方案及其缺陷。在此基础上,搭建二次校核的总体框架,设计灵活的校核模式并提供相应的算法,开发出具备二次校核功能的校核系统,以辅助模型维护人员的校核工作。
With the increasing higher demand for power supply reliability of distribution network, the traditional modes of fault process have been unable to meet the needs of users. The new technology represented by intelligent distributed feeder automation is gradually emerging. In order to solve the problem of inconsistency and inaccuracy of topology model between the intelligent distributed feeder automation system and the main station, this paper proposes a secondary verification scheme of topology model. By analyzing the topology types, the causes of topology change, and the topology update mode, the necessity of topology check is discussed. The object, scheme and defect of primary verification are described. Then, the overall framework of the secondary verification is built, and the flexible check modes are designed, while the corresponding algorithm is provided. The checking system with secondary verification functions has been developed, which can assist the checking work of model maintainers.
