无症状性脑梗死研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 无症状性脑梗死(ACI)也被称为静止性脑梗死(SCI)或静息性脑梗死(SBI),指CT.MRI等影像学检查可见到脑梗死灶,临床上无急性卒中的神经功能缺损症状,但与很多微小神经功能缺损相关。1965年,Fisher⑶通过对1042例尸检者进行研究首次描述了缺乏任何卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)临床表现的脑梗死。人群流行病学研究结果表明,ACI与标准化测试中认知及运动的微小缺损有关,包括认知功能下降、精神障碍"切、步态异常皿切等。大量临床研究发现,ACI与未来认知功能下降及卒中发生心如相关。我们现对ACI的临床研究进展进行综述,以供临床参考。
