血清γ球蛋白正常的皮肤浆细胞增多症1例

A Case of Cutaneous Plasmacytosis with Normal γ-globulin

患者男,35岁。右侧臀部、腹股沟和股部内侧可见大小不等红褐色浸润性斑块、结节8个月,伴瘙痒。皮损组织病理示:真皮内及皮下组织浅层血管和附属器周围较多块状成熟浆细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。免疫组织化学:CD20、CD38、CD79a、CD138、κ链和λ链均阳性。诊断:皮肤浆细胞增多症。

A 35-year-old male presented with pruritic and infiltrated reddish-brown plaques and nodules on the right gluteal,inguinal groove and interfemus for eight months. Histopathological examination showed perivascular and adnexal infiltration of mature plasma cells and lymphocytes. Immunohistochemistry showed positive staining for CD20,CD38,CD79a,CD138,κ and λ chain. The diagnosis of cutaneous plasmacytosis was made.
