海淀区1526名学龄前儿童身高生长影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on height growth of 1526 Preschool Children in Haidian District

目的了解和探索北京市海淀区学龄前儿童身高生长的影响因素。方法通过问卷调查和体格测量,了解儿童身高、环境因素等数据。结果调查分析了1526名儿童(男810名、女716名),生长迟缓的检出率为1. 1%。目前年龄别身高低于靶身高1个组距以上的儿童共222名(14. 5%),父亲文化程度,性别、出生身长、进餐情况、运动情况、周末运动时间在不同身高组之间的分布差异具有统计学意义。结论应重视儿童身高促进,充分考虑个体遗传特点,建立个体化体格生长的评价模式。

Objective : objective To understand and explore the influencing factors of height growth in preschool children in Haidian district. Methods The height and environment factors of children were investigated by questionnaire and physical measurement. Results A total of 1526 children( male,810 and female,716) were investigated. The detection of growth retardation rate was 1. 1%. A total of 222 children( 14. 5%) whose heights for ages were lower more than 1 groups than the target height. There were statistical differences in father’s education level,gender,birth length,eating status,exercises,and weekend exercise time between different height groups. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the promotion of height in children,and individual genetic characteristics should be taken into full consideration to establish an evaluation model for individual physical growth.
