Descriptive epidemiology study on polydactyly and syndactyly in Heyuan,China,from 2011 to 2017

摘要 目的了解2011-2017年广东省河源市多指(趾)并指(趾)流行趋势。方法以河源市出生缺陷监测点2011-2017年间分娩的围产儿(孕28周至出生后7天)及产妇为研究对象,描述性分析多指(趾)并指(趾)的时间及人群分布特征。结果期间共监测围产儿130 484例,检出多指(趾) 235例,检出率为18. 01/万;检出并(趾) 84例,检出率为6. 44/万。2011-2017年多指(趾)波动区间为13. 26/万~25. 15/万;并指(趾)波动区间为2. 55/万~15. 13/万,> 35岁年龄组的多指(趾),并指(趾)总检出率最高,分别为26. 12/万和10. 26/万;多指(趾)检出率男/女性别比为1. 73,并指(趾)检出率男/女性别比为1. 59。先天性多指(趾)或并指(趾)围产患儿活产率均较高,其中并指男患儿的活产率最低,为94. 44%。结论加强多指(趾)并指(趾)危险因素研究,普及优生优育及出生缺陷防控相关健康教育,加强多指(趾)并指(趾)活产儿的系统性救治干预。 Objective To analyze the prevalence of Polydactyly and Syndactyly between 2011 and 2017 in Heyuan,Guangdong province,China. Method The study involved birth defects monitor records of mothers and infants( 28 weeks gestation to 7 days after birth) between 2011 and 2017 from monitoring hospital in Heyuan. Key information of mothers of the children with polydactyly and syndactyly were collected. The time and population distribution characteristics of polydactyly and syndactyly were analyzed using descriptive statistics method. Results We observed a total of 130,484 perinatal infant’s medical records and the detection rate of polydactyly was 18. 01/10,000 births with 235 cases during 2011 ng 37. The detection rate of syndactyly was 6. 44/10,000 births with84 cases during 2011-2017. The total detection rates of multiple polydactyly and syndactyly in the > 35 years old age group were the highest,and they were 26. 12/10 000 and 10. 26/10 000,respectively. The ratio of male and female detection rate of polydactyly was1. 73,and the ratio of of male and female detection rate of syndactyly was 1. 59. The live birth rate of congenital polydactyly or syndactyly perinatal infants was high,and the syndactyly male infants was the lowest( 94. 44%). Conclusions It’s necessary to strengthen the study on risk factors of polydactyly and syndactyly,to provide health education about polydactyly and syndactyly to the general population,and to strengthen the systematic treatment and intervention of live births with multiple fingers( toes).
