局部麻醉下睾丸扭转复位固定的治疗效果研究

The effect of testicular torsion operation by local anesthesia

目的探讨局部麻醉下睾丸扭转复位固定的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月在本院诊治的睾丸扭转患者34例,其中14例患者采取局部麻醉实施手术(局麻组),20例患者采取非局部麻醉实施手术(常规麻醉组)。比较两组确诊至睾丸复位时间、术后2h、术后24h疼痛和患者对治疗过程满意度的效果评价。结果局部麻醉手术能缩短术中睾丸缺血时间约15min,且患者疼痛评分局麻组术后2h和术后24h较常规麻醉组术后2h和术后24h比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者对治疗过程均满意(P>0.05)。结论局部麻醉睾丸复位固定明显减少睾丸缺血时间,能够更好地挽救睾丸及患者生育能力。

Objective To summarize the effect of testicular torsion operation by local anesthesia.Methods Retrospective analysis of 34 patients with testicular torsion in our department from Janaury 2014 to December 2016 was performed,14 patients underwent local anesthesia(local anesthesia group),20 patients underwent common anesthesia(common anesthesia group).The effects were evaluated by three aspects:the time from urology surgeon reception to testicular reduction and patients'pain during and after operation,and patients'satisfaction.Results Local anesthesia operation would reduce the time of testicular ischemia 15 min.There were no differences between the two groups on pa-tients'pain and satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusions Local anesthesia orchidopexy can reduce the time of testicular ischemia,it is a better way to prevent testicular loss and to save male fertility.
