和解分消汤与参芩地黄散治疗急性肾损伤的疗效对比分析

Comparative study of the curative effect of conciliation Decoction and Shen Qin Dihuang powder in the treatment of acute renal injury

目的对比急性肾损伤治疗中和解分消汤与参岑地黄散的治疗效果。方法选择本院2016年6月至2017年12月接收的急性肾损伤患者90例,随机分为A组和B组,每组45例,A组给予和解分消汤治疗,B组给予参岑地黄散治疗,观察治疗效果和不良反应。结果治疗前,A组患者肾功能指标值、中医症候积分与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组无退出病例,A组治疗总有效率、肾功能指标值、中医症候积分均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗中未见不良反应。结论在急性肾损伤患者治疗中,和解分消汤的有效成分及组合优于参岑地黄散,和解分消汤疗效更好,可更有效的减轻患者症状,改善患者肾功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of acute kidney injury in the treatment of neutralization of Hejie Fenxiao decoction and Shenqin Dihuang powder.Methods From June 2016 to December 2017,90 patients with acute kidney injury in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,45 cases in each group.The group A was given the Hejie Fenxiao decoction.The group B was treated with Shenqin Dihuang powder,and the therapeutic effect and side effects were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in renal function index and TCM syndrome score between group A and group B(P>0.05).After treatment,no cases exit,and total effective rate,renal function indexes and TCM syndrome score of group A were better than group B(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusions In the treatment of acute kidney injury,the effective ingredients and combinations of the decoction are better than those of Shenqin Dihuang powder,and the treatment of Hejie Fenxiao decoction is better,which can more effectively relieve symptoms,improve renal function and the quality of life of patients.
