摘要
建立了鬼针草总黄酮有效部位的质量控制方法。分别采用分光光度法测定鬼针草总黄酮的含量,高效液相色谱法测定鬼针草中有效成分芦丁和金丝桃苷的含量。鬼针草总黄酮的含量均在50%以上。芦丁在5.12~128.0μg/mL(r=0.9996)、金丝桃苷在4.96~124.0μg/mL(r=0.9995)范围内线性良好,芦丁平均回收率为98.76%,RSD%=1.83%;金丝桃苷回收率为97.39%,RSD%=2.41%。建立的质量控制方法可有效控制鬼针草总黄酮有效部位的质量。
To establish the method for quality control of total flavones of Bidens pilosa L., the content of total flavones was determined by spectrophotometric method, and HPLC was used to measure the contents of rutin and hyperoside.The results showed that, the content of total flavones was higher than 50%,the linear range of rutin was 5.12~128.0μg/mL(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery was 98.76%, the linear range of hyperoside was 4.96~124.0 μg/mL(r=0.9995) and the average recovery was 97.39%. So the established method can be used for quality control of total flavones in Bidens pilosa L..
