摘要
以某养猪场废水处理工程为例,分析了生猪养殖废水水质特点及废水处理工艺、主要建(构)筑物设计参数、实际运行状况及运行费用。针对废水污染物浓度较高、可生化性较好、氨氮、悬浮物浓度高、水质变化大等特点,选择"混凝沉淀+氨氮吹脱+水解酸化+A/O"处理工艺,经过实践运行表明,该系统运行稳定,主要污染物排放指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)表4中一级标准后达标排放。
Taking a wastewater treatment project of a pig farm as an example, the water quality characteristics of the pig breeding wastewater, the wastewater treatment process, the design parameters of the main building(structure), the actual operating conditions and the operating costs were analyzed. According to the characteristics of high concentration of wastewater pollutants, good biodegradability, high concentration of ammonia nitrogen, high suspended solids and large change in water quality, the process of "coagulation sedimentation + ammonia nitrogen stripping + hydrolysis acidification + A/O" was selected and practiced. The results showed that the system ran stably,and the main pollutant discharge index met the first-class standard in Table 4 of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
