参附注射液治疗心脑血管疾病相关物质基础及作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Material Foundation and Mechanism of Shenfu Injection in the Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

参附注射液(Shenfu injection,SFI)的主要有效成分为人参皂苷和乌头类生物碱,具有回阳救逆、益气固脱之功效,广泛用于心脑血管疾病的治疗。慢性炎症是心脑血管疾病发生的关键因素。SFI作为治疗心脑血管疾病的常用中药制剂,具有改善脏器灌注、保护心肌和脑缺血时组织损伤、改善血流动力学、舒张血管等作用,而且具有确切的抗炎效应。该文基于抗炎角度,对SFI治疗心脑血管疾病相关物质基础及作用机制进行综述,可为SFI的临床应用提供参考。

The main effective components of Shenfu Injection(SFI) are ginsenosides and aconitum alkaloids,which can be used to restore yang to save from collapse and tonify qi in clinic. In recent years,SFI has been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Studies have shown that chronic inflammation is a key factor in the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. As a commonly used preparation for clinical cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,SFI not only has the effect of improving organ perfusion,tissue injury, hemodynamics and vasodilation during myocardial and cerebral ischemia, but also has the proved antiinflammatory effect. In this paper,the material foundation and mechanism of SFI in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases based on anti-inflammation effect were summarized,providing theoretical reference for the clinical application of SFI in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
