基于直觉判断矩阵和证据理论的群组决策方法 被引量:4

摘要 针对属性权重已知的群决策环境,根据直觉模糊和证据理论相关知识,提出了一种群决策方法。采用直觉模糊数描述专家关于方案的两两比较结果,构建直觉判断矩阵;根据直觉判断矩阵排序中转法,按一致性要求确定属性直觉模糊数型权重;以直觉模糊评价值构造Mass函数,结合证据冲突度和犹豫度,在属性层面区对专家权重进行合理分配;利用直觉模糊集加权集结算子集结决策信息,并根据得分值和精确值进行方案排序。通过算例,验证了所提方法的合理有效性。 Ai ming at attribute weights known group decision-making environment, a group decision method is proposed according to the knowledge of intuitionistic fuzzy and evidence theory. The intuitionistic fuzzy number is used to describe the results of the two pairs of experts on the program to construct the intuitive judgment matrix. The intuitive judgment matrix is transformed into intuitive fuzzy weight of attributes by intuitive judgment matrix sorting method according to the consistency requirements. The intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation value is turned into Mass function,and the weight of experts is allocated rationally in the attribute level combined the evidence conflict and hesitation degree. The decision information is assembled by using the intuitionistic fuzzy set weighted aggregate operator and programs are sorted according to the score value and the exact value.
