民族地区中小企业技术创新金融支持的路径与策略

The Path and Strategy of Financial Support on Technological Innovation for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Ethnic Areas

中小企业是民族地区经济发展的重要主体,中小企业技术创新是新时代民族地区经济社会可持续发展的原动力。目前,由于民族地区金融支持与经济发展不相匹配,金融体系发展相对滞后,中小企业技术创新面临严重的投融资约束,阻碍了企业技术创新活动的开展。通过对民族地区金融支持中小企业技术创新现状的分析,探讨金融支持中小企业技术创新的理论解释及内在机理,提出金融支持民族地区中小企业技术创新的路径和策略选择。

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are important subjects of economic development in minority areas, and technological innovation of SMEs is the driving force for sustainable development of economy and social in ethnic areas in the new era. At present, due to the mismatch between financial support and economic development in ethnic regions and the relative lagging development of the financial system, SMEs are faced with severe constraints on investment and financing in technological innovation, which hinders the implementation of technological innovation activities. Therefore, based on the analysis of the status of financial support and technological innovation of SMEs in ethnic areas, this paper discusses the theoretical explanation and internal mechanism of technology innovation of SMEs supported by finance, and puts forward the path and strategy selection of technology innovation of SMEs supported by finance in minority areas.
