摘要
蒙古族是北方游牧民族中的代表,元朝也曾传5世11帝,统治时间长达98年。蒙古法典中的法文化,具有较高的研究价值。基于此,论文就蒙古文法典中的法文化展开研究,通过分析蒙古文法典中法文化的特点,最后分类对蒙古文法典的法文化加以阐述。
The Mongolian people are representatives of the nomadic peoples in the north. The Yuan Dynasty also passed the Eleventh Emperor of the Fiveth and ruled for ninety-eight years. It can thus be seen that the legal culture in the Mongolian Code has a high research value. Based on this, this article studies the legal culture in the Mongolian legal code,analyzes the characteristics of the legal culture in the Mongolian legal code, and finally classifies and discusses the legal culture of the Mongolian legal code.
