少数民族传统文化是我国民族文化的瑰宝,是各少数民族人民长期历史发展的智慧结晶,同时它也具有教化育人的功能。校园文化是社会亚文化之一,是学校在长期发展过程中逐步形成的为全体成员认同并遵守的一种文化形式。民族地区校园文化可以有效地指导大学生调整其思想和行为。因此,有必要探索少数民族地区的传统文化与民族高校校园文化的融合共建之路。论文分析了当前民族地区高校校园文化建设现状及问题,探讨了民族地区传统文化对当地高校校园文化的作用,提出了民族地区高校校园文化与少数民族传统文化融合共建的策略和建议。

The traditional culture of ethnic minorities is a gem of our national culture. It is also the crystallization of wisdom in the long history of the development of the ethnic minorities. It also has the function of educating and educating people. Campus culture is one of the subcultures of the society. It is a cultural form that the school has gradually formed in the long course of development for all the members to recognize and abide by. Campus culture in ethnic areas can effectively guide college students to adjust their thoughts and behaviors. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the combination of the traditional culture of ethnic minority areas and the campus culture of Ethnic Colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of campus culture construction in ethnic minority areas, explores the role of traditional culture in local areas, and puts forward strategies and suggestions for the integration of campus culture and traditional culture in ethnic minority areas.
