摘要
综合考虑了超薄规格钢板板形的影响因素,开展了三维方向温度均匀性的研究与控制。采用数值模拟技术对水量模型参数进行优化研究,同时对前后道工序的影响进行探讨。现场实施后,6mm及以下超薄规格钢板板形合格率较上一年度有明显提升。
The influencing factors of ultra-thin plate shape are comprehensively considered. Research and control of three-dimensional temperature uniformity is performed. Parameters of water model are researched and optimized by numerical simulation technology. Furthermore,the influences on the previous and subsequent processes are discussed. After implementation on site,the shape pass rate of ultra-thin plates( thickness ≤6 mm) has significantly increased from the previous year.
