摘要
以10 mm厚10CrNiCu钢板为研究对象,采用横向拉伸、横向冲击以及金相显微组织观察试验,研究轧制后水冷、弛豫水冷和空冷对其组织性能的影响。结果表明,10 mm规格10CrNiCu钢,其冷却工艺采用轧后水冷能获得强韧性匹配更优综合性能。
The 10 mm thick 10CrNiCu steel plate was researched through experiments of transverse tensile,longitudinal impact and metallographic observation in order to study the effect on structural properties of water cooling,water cooling after relaxation and air cooling after rolling. The results indicate that the 10 mm 10 CrNiCu Steel can reach strength-toughness matched comprehensive property with the cooling process of water cooling after rolling.
