摘要
在多台电机驱动的飞剪控制系统中,电机轴之间转速同步是重要的性能指标之一,通过主从控制可以实现飞剪两台电机的同步运行。本文主要从主从控制原理、实现方法和应用中需注意的问题,对新中棒飞剪控制系统进行分析和介绍。
In the flying shear control system driven by multiple motors,the speed synchronization between the motor shafts is one of the important performance indexes. The operation of the two motors of the flying shear can be synchronized by applying master-slave control. This paper mainly analyzes and introduces the principle of master-slave control,the method of realization and the problems needing attention in application,regarding the control system of the flying shear at Medium Bar Mill.
