摘要
为了评价脱油沥青在道路工程中运用的可行性,以脱油沥青改性沥青、脱油沥青复合改性沥青及混合料为研究对象,分别考察了脱油沥青种类及掺量、制备方式和SBS掺量对改性沥青常规性能的影响,评价了脱油沥青复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能,并分析了其技术经济性。试验结果表明:脱油沥青的掺入对沥青的常规性能影响较大,提高了沥青的高温性能和抗老化性能,降低了低温延性;脱油沥青复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能良好,高温稳定性优异。
In order to evaluate the application feasibility of deoiled asphalt in road engineering,taking deoiled asphalt modified asphalt,deoiled asphalt composite modified asphalt and the mixture as research objects,the effects of the type,mixing amount and preparation method of deoiled asphalt and the mixing amount of SBS on the conventional performance of modified asphalt were investigated.And the road performance of deoiled asphalt composite modified asphalt mixture was evaluated,and its technical economy was also analyzed.The test results show that the incorporation of deoiled asphalt has a great influence on the conventional performance of asphalt,which improves the high temperature performance and aging resistance of asphalt and reduces the low temperature ductility.The road performance of deoiled asphalt composite modified asphalt mixture is good,The road performance of deoiled asphalt composite modified asphalt mixture is good and its high temperature stability is excellent.
