摘要
为了使轮履复合式底盘能够实现所有预期动作并满足工作要求,以双泵双回路全功率调节变量液压系统为基础,对履带式行走机构、轮式行走机构和轮履切换摆动机构进行参数计算和选型,使用双联变量柱塞泵作为液压系统的动力部分,设计了一套轮履复合式底盘液压驱动系统。校核计算结果表明,该系统可以实现轮履复合式底盘的所有动作,满足工作要求且稳定性高。
In order to make the wheel-track composite chassis achieve all the anticipated actions and meet the working requirements,a set of wheel-track composite was designed based on the double-pump and double-loop full-power variable hydraulic system.The parameters of the crawler walking mechanism, wheel walking mechanism and wheel-track switching swing mechanism were calculated and selected,and the double variable plunger pump was used as the power part of the hydraulic system to design a hydraulic drive system for the wheel-track composite chassis.Calibration results show that the system realizes all the actions of wheel-track composite chassis,meets the working requirements and has high stability.
