摘要
针对高架桥梁高墩辊模施工过程中模板同步升降控制及位移精度控制问题,从模板的选型入手,对目前高墩施工中常采用的翻模、爬模、滑模、辊模等工艺进行对比分析;并利用智能控制技术,通过科学的推理与实践经验相结合的方法设计了模架升降液压自动平衡控制系统。该系统能对传统高墩施工存在的施工安全和质量隐患进行有效控制,开创了一种精度更高、安全性更好、效率更高的桥梁高墩施工方法。
Aiming at the synchronous lifting control and displacement precision control of formwork in the construction of high pier roll formwork of viaduct,starting with the selection of formwork,the comparative analysis of the techniques commonly used in the construction of high pier,such as turning over,lifting,sliding and rolling formwork was carried out.And the intelligent control technology was used to design the hydraulic automatic balance control system for the mold base lifting through the combination of scientific reasoning design and practical experience.The system can effectively control the hidden dangers of construction safety and quality existing in traditional high pier construction,and create a high-precision,safer and more efficient construction method for high pier of bridge.
