预应力张拉偏差耦合同步控制的仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对预应力张拉施工过程中张拉设备同步精度低、抗干扰性差,以及液压系统自身的非线性与参数时变性影响同步控制精度等问题,以变频泵控液压系统为基础,结合偏差耦合同步控制策略,提出一种多点同步预应力张拉控制方法。根据该控制方法建立数学模型,并采用模糊PID控制器取代常规PID控制。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对该控制方法进行仿真研究。结果表明,采用偏差耦合控制策略可以提高系统的同步性,而模糊PID控制在保证多台千斤顶同步张拉的前提下,有效地提高了系统的动态响应与稳态性能。 Aiming at the problems of low synchronization accuracy and poor anti-interference of tensioning equipment in the process of prestressing construction,as well as the influence of nonlinearity and time-varying parameters of hydraulic system on synchronization control accuracy,a multi-point synchronization control method of prestressing tension was proposed based on variable frequency pump-controlled hydraulic system and combined with deviation coupling synchronization control strategy.According to the control method,the mathematical model was established,and the conventional PID control was replaced by the fuzzy PID controller.The control method was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that the synchronization of the system can be improved by using the deviation coupling control strategy,while the dynamic response and steady-state performance of the system can be effectively improved by using the fuzzy PID control under the premise of ensuring the synchronous tension of multiple jacks.
