ICF靶准直器位姿并联调整机构静力分析

摘要 惯性约束核聚变是一种人工可控的核聚变方法,其研究是当代自然科学研究的一个重大前沿课题,也是解决人类能源危机的重要途径。ICF靶准直器将实验靶定位在直径为数米的真空靶室中心,通过靶的位姿调整来使其保持在一个最优位置,因此靶准直器的位姿调整机构也将直接影响到打靶实验的精度。本文首先介绍了ICF靶准直器位姿调整机构的研究背景及意义,说明了ICF靶准直器及其调整机构的研究现状,并对实验室现有的ICF靶准直器做了简要介绍;接下来采用牛顿-欧拉法对设计的并联调整机构进行静力学分析;最后使用ANSYS Workbench对并联调整机构进行静态稳定性分析,确定变形引起的末端偏移量符合设计要求。 Inertial confinement fusion (ICF) is a con trollable method of nuclear fusion. Its research is an important frontier topic in contemporary natural science and an important way to solve the human energy crisis. The ICF target collimator locates the experimental target in the center of the vacuum target chamber with a diameter of several meters ,and keeps it in an optimal position by adjusting the position and posture of the target. Therefore, the position and posture adjustment mechanism of the target collimator will directly affect the accuracy of the target experiment. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the position and posture adjustment mechanism of ICF target collimator, explains the current research status of ICF target collimator and its adjustment mechanism, and briefly introduces the existing ICF target collimator in the laboratory;secondly, the Newton 一 Euler method is used to analyze the static performance of the designed parallel adjusting mechanism;Finally, ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the static stability of parallel adjusting mechanism to determine whether the end error caused by deformation meets the design requirements.
