摘要
从铬鞣机理、高吸收铬鞣机理出发,探究了多种铬鞣助剂的合成以及应用性能。最早出现的是无机铬鞣助剂,将稀土盐作为一种助鞣剂,在鞣制前期处理皮革,可以达到很好的助鞣效果。随着科技的发展,制革学者又发现乙醛酸等小分子化合物可以提高铬的吸收率,在铬鞣初期加入小分子铬鞣助剂,可以增加羧基的含量,从而提高铬的吸收率,但是由于小分子铬鞣助剂的结合位点有限,制革工作者又开发出一种高分子铬鞣助剂,其一条分子链中含有多个羧基,可以为铬提供更多的结合位点,从而降低废液中Cr2O3的含量。
Based on the mechanism of chrome tanning and high absorption chrome tanning, the synthesis and application properties of various chrome tanning auxiliaries were studied. Inorganic chrome tanning auxiliaries were first appeared , rare earth salts can be used as tanning auxiliaries to treat leather in the early stage of tanning, which can achieve good tanning effect. With the development of science and technology, tanners found that small molecule compounds such as glyoxylic acid which can improve the absorption rate of chromium. Adding small molecule chrome tanning additives in the early stage of chrome tanning can increase the content of carboxyl group and thus improve the absorption rate of chromium. However, due to the limited binding sites of small molecule chrome tanning additives, tanners developed a kind of high molecule chrome tanning additives, one of sub-chains contain many carboxyl groups, which can provide more binding sites for chromium, reducing the content of trivalent chromium in effluent liquor.
