摘要 利用CAE仿真分析原理对动力电池箱的结构进行优化,以在确保其静态结构强度的前提下大幅降低电池箱的整体重量。根据对优化结构的仿真分析可知:优化后动力电池箱的整体重量可降低16.25%,能够有效提升汽车推重比,提升续航里程。可见该优化方案具有较大的应用推广价值。 The structure of power battery box is optimized by means of CAE simulation analysis principle in order to greatly reduce the overall weight of battery box on the premise of ensuring its static stnictural strength. According to the simulation analysis of the optimized structure, it can be seen that the overall weight of the power battery box can be reduced by 16.25%, and the thrust-weight ratio of the vehicle and the mileage of the vehicle can be increased effectively. It can be seen that the optimization scheme has a great value of application and promotion.
