Application of Ergonomics in Mechanical Design

针对人机工程学在机械设计的应用进行了阐述和分析,介绍了人机工程学在新型经济模式下发挥的重大作用及其应用的必要性。对人机工程学在机械设计中提高操作者的舒适性和操作性、提高机械产品的稳定性、提高机械的生产效率、优化机械内部结构等方面进行了分析,最后论述了人机工程学向高科技和自然化的两个发展方向。

This paper expounds and analyzes the application of ergonomics in mechanical design, and introduces the important role of ergonomics in the new economic mode and the necessity of its application. Analysis is made on the aspects of improving the comfort and operation of operators, improving the stability of mechanical products, improving the production efficiency of machinery, optimizing the internal structure of machinery and so on in the mechanical design of ergonomics. Finally, the development direction of ergonomics to high-tech and naturalization is discussed.
