摘要
基于普通外接冷却水散热存在水质不好控制、散热后难处理与无法排放的问题,大同煤矿集团机电装备天晟电气有限公司设计了一种新型的智能冷却水循环装置。基于此,介绍了TSLQ-01变频器用循环水冷却装置(智能水冷却循环装置)及其控制方式,分析了智能水冷却循环装置的优势,并提出其存在的不足。该装置可与变频器联机控制,可满足一台或多台矿用隔爆兼本质安全型交流变频器的冷却需求。
Based on the problem that the water quality is not well controlled and the heat dissipation after heat dissipation is difficult to deal with and can not be discharged, a new intelligent cooling water circulating device is designed by Tiansheng Electric Co., Ltd., the mechanical and electrical equipment of Datong Coal Mine Group. Based on this, the circulating water cooling device for TSLQ-01 inverter and its control mode are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the intelligent water cooling circulating device are analyzed. The device can he controlled on-line with the inverter and can meet the cooling requirements of one or more mine flameproof and intrinsically safe AC inverters.
