摘要
结合防倒转装置安装图以及零件图,详细分析牵引式带式输送机防倒转制动装置系统的设计方案与工作原理,并着重分析防倒转制动装置系统重要部件防倒转双楔半自动卡绳器的自锁原理。分析认为:采用这种自锁原理的防倒转制动装置系统能够使牵引式输送机满足长距离、大运量的煤炭生产的安全需求。
The design scheme and working principle of anti-reverse braking device system of towed belt conveyor are analyzed in detail, combining with the installation diagram and parts diagram of anti-reverse-tuming device, and the working principle of the anti-reverse braking device system is analyzed in detail. The self-locking principle of the anti-inverted double wedge semi-automatic rope chuck is analyzed in detail, which is an important part of the anti-reverse braking device system. It is concluded that the anti-reverse braking system with this self-locking principle can make the traction conveyor meet the safety requirements of long-distance and large-capacity coal production.
