摘要
基于现有下运带式输送机常用的机械抱闸制动、电气动力制动等普遍存在着可靠性差、电气安全性差的缺点,结合下运带式输送机的工作情况和整体结构,提出了一种新的液压调速软制动装置,对不同情况下下运带式输送机的制动特性进行了模拟验证。结果表明:该新型软制动装置能够实现对下运带式输送机的无摩擦安全制动,可靠性高,极大地提升了下运带式输送机运行的安全性。
Based on the commonly used mechanical lock brake, electrical dynamic braking and other common shortcomings of low reliability and poor electrical safety, combined with the working conditions and the overall structure of the down belt conveyor, it is necessary to improve the reliability and safety of the belt conveyor, and to improve the reliability and safety of the belt conveyor. A new hydraulic speed regulating soft braking device is proposed, and the braking characteristics of the belt conveyor under different conditions are simulated and verified. The results show that the new soft brake device can realize the friction-free safe braking of the down belt conveyor, and the reliability is high, which greatly improves the safety of the operation of the down belt conveyor.
