摘要
以矿山采煤机的关键零部件为研究对象,在探讨采煤机基本结构特征、工作环境、常见故障形式的基础上,以轴类、齿轮类构件的超声检测为手段确定相应的损伤检测方案,并通过疲劳累积损伤理论构建零件的剩余寿命预测方法。
Taking the key parts and components of mining shearer as the research object, on the basis of discussing the basic structural characteristics, working environment and common fault fonns of shearer, this paper takes shaft type as the research object. Ultrasonic testing of gear components is used to determine the corresponding damage detection scheme, and the residual life prediction method of the parts is constructed hy fatigue cumulative damage theory.
