为了提高运煤效率,某矿用带式输送机来替代原来的绞车牵引矿车运输原煤。并且针对大倾角长距离带式输送机存在的运行不平稳导致的物料滚落、满载状态带式输送机逆行和胶带受力不均匀跑偏的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。改进后该带式输送机在大倾角以及长距离的巷道的成功应用推动了带式输送机的实际应用以及理论研究。

In order to solve the problems of material roll-down, full-load belt conveyor retrograde and uneven running of belt force caused by large inclination and long distance belt conveyor, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The successful application of the improved belt conveyor in the roadway with large inclination angle and long distance promotes the practical application and theoretical research of the belt conveyor.
