摘要
介绍了ZPW 12.6Z矿用无线水气两相喷雾降尘装置工作原理、主要技术参数,并分析了其在阳煤一矿皮带大巷的应用效果。结果表明:该装置自动化程度高,可无线发射、接受信号,控制喷雾开关动作,能够降低职工频繁开关喷雾阀门的繁琐工序,降尘效率高,取得了较好的应用效果。
This paper introduces the working principle and main technical parameters of the wireless water-gas two-phase spray dustfall device used in ZPW12.6Z mine, and analyzes the application effect of the device in the belt alleyway of Yangcoal No. 1 Mine. The results show that the device has the advantages of high automation, wireless transmitting, receiving signals and controlling the action of spray switch. It can reduce the cumbersome process of workers switching on and off the spray valve frequently, and the dust reduction efficiency is high, and good application effect is obtained.
