摘要 基于斜沟煤矿23101大采高综放工作面的液压支架安装的工程实际,利用现场调研与工程类比的方法,针对23114大采高综放工作面ZF15000/26/40型中间液压支架、ZFG15000/26/40型过渡支架、ZT26000/28/40型端头支架的运输顺序与安装工艺进行技术分析,认为只有对工作面液压支架尺寸及重量、运输路线经过巷道、工作面开切眼进行细致的现场实测,才能设计出最为适应矿井生产实际的液压支架安装工艺。该安装工艺技术为斜沟煤矿后续工作面液压支架的安装提供借鉴,也为我国大采高放顶煤工作面液压支架的安装提供实践经验。 Based on the engineering practice of installation of hydraulic support in 23101 fully mechanized top coal caving face of inclined ditch coal mine, using the method of field investigation and engineering analogy, aiming at the ZF15000/26/ 40 intermediate hydraulic support in 23114 big mining height fully mechanized top coal caving face, The technical analysis of transport sequence and installation process of ZFG15000/26/ 40 transition support and ZT26000/28/ 40 end support shows that only the size and weight of working face hydraulic support and the transportation route pass through the roadway. In order to design the most suitable mine production, the cutting hole of the working face can be measured on the spot in a meticulous way. Installation process of hydraulic support. The installation technology provides a reference for the installation of hydraulic support in the follow-up working face of Xiegou Coal Mine, and also provides practical experience for the installation of hydraulic support in large mining height caving coal face in China.
