摘要
针对某矿以前智能化综采工作面设备运行控制系统出现的问题,对自动控制系统的相应硬件设施和软件平台进行了优化设计。106智能化综采工作面应用改进优化后的自动控制系,从运行效果来看,显著降低了设备运行的故障率,减少了人工数量和劳动强度,提高了矿井经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of the operation control system of the intelligent fully-mec.hanized mining face in a mine, the corresponding hardware facilities and software platform of the automatic control system are optimized. The failure rate of the equipment operation is obviously reduced, the labor quantity and the labor intensity are reduced, and the economic benefit of the mine is improved.
