摘要
针对现有采煤机姿态控制系统姿态控制差、效率低的缺陷,以PID控制为基础,提出了一种新的采煤机姿态控制系统,利用仿真分析软件对其姿态调整效果进行了仿真分析,结果表明该姿态控制系统具有自动化程度高、姿态调整精度好、灵敏性高的优点,极大地提升了煤矿井下的综采作业速度和作业安全性。
Aim at the defect of poor attitude control and low efficiency of the existing attitude control system of shearer, a new attitude control system of shearer is put forward based on PID control. The simulation results show that the attitude control system has the advantages of high automation, good attitude adjustment precision and high sensitivity, and the simulation results show that the attitude control system has the advantages of high automation, good attitude adjustment precision and high sensitivity. It greatly improves the working speed and safety of fully mechanized mining under coal mine.
