新版住区设计标准对城市居住用地规划影响研究——以古浪县生活配套服务区为例

Study on the Impact of New Residential Design Standards on Urban Residential Land Planning——Take Gulang County Life Support Service Area as an Example

新版《城市居住区规划设计标准》的颁布实施,对我国传统居住区规划及相关城市规划编制产生了较大的影响。文章从《设计标准》对城市居住用地指标的影响出发,分析其人均居住用地指标测算结果与现行国标产生差异的原因,并以古浪县生活配套服务区为例,探讨了《设计标准》对城市居住用地布局产生的影响,希望对古浪县生活配套服务区居住用地相关规划的编制及城区发展提供一定参考。

The promulgation and implementation of the new edition of "Standards for Urban Residential Areas Planning &Design" has a great impact on the planning of traditional residential areas and the compilation of related urban planning in China. Starting from the influence of Design Standard on urban residential land index, this paper analyses the reasons for the difference between the calculated results of per capita residential land index and the current national standard. Taking Gulang County as an example, this paper discusses the impact of Design Standard on the layout of urban residential land, hoping to compile the relevant planning of residential land in Gulang County’s residential supporting service area. The urban development provides some references.
