摘要 绿色环保越来越成为社会发展的主题,建筑业响应这一主题必然要从传统的高消耗、高污染型工程转变为绿色环保建筑。夏热冬暖地区因其具有独特的地理位置、典型的气候特征等成为绿色建筑时兴的首选之地。文章从夏热冬暖地区的特征出发,分析绿色建筑内涵基础之上,基于全寿命周期技术分析夏热冬暖地区绿色建筑的节能设计措施和相应的经济成本、费用、效益等,为绿色建筑的进一步市场开拓提供可靠的经济依据。 Green environmental protection has increasingly become the theme of social development, the construction industry’s respond to this theme is bound to change from the traditional high-consumption, high-pollution project to green environmental protection buildings. Because of its unique geographical location and typical climatic characteristics, the hot summer and warm winter areas have become the first choice of green buildings. This paper starts from the characteristics of hot summer and warm winter areas, analyzes the connotation of green buildings, and based on the whole life cycle technology, analyzes the energy-saving design measures and corresponding economic costs, costs and benefits of green buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas, so as to provide a reliable economic basis for further market development of green buildings.
