摘要
城市公共空间的发展受权力、资本和使用群体的影响,是政府、市场和市民三方力量博弈的结果。当前我国正处于经济社会快速转型期,三方之间的关系正发生着深刻的改变,这势必对城市公共空间产生意义深远的影响。文章在提出经济社会转型期基本特征的基础上,通过文献梳理,总结了转型期政府、市场、市民三者关系改变对城市公共空间的影响,以及所引发的城市公共空间使用需求的变化,借助于实证研究,分析了新需求下,城市公共空间存在的诸如综合价值认知局限、使用矛盾突出和标准缺失管理效率低等问题。针对这些问题,在价值观念、规划设计和建设管理等方面提出了相应对策。以期为城市公共空间设计和管理者提供参考,达到充分挖掘公共空间价值,提升空间效能的目的。
The development and evolution of urban public space is influenced by power, capital and user groups, which is the result of the tripartite power game among government, market and citizen. At present, our country is in the period of rapid economic and social transformation, and the relationship among government, market and citizens is undergoing profound changes. These changes are bound to have a far-reaching impact on urban public space. On the basis of putting forward the basic characteristics of the economic and social transition period, this paper summarizes the influence of the change of the relationship among the government, the market and the citizen on the urban public space through the literature review and the change of urban public space demand caused by it. With the help of empirical research, this paper analyzes the limitations of urban public space such as comprehensive value cognition under the new demand. There are some outstanding problems in urban public space, such as the limitation of comprehensive value cognition, the lack of use and the low efficiency of standard management. In view of these problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of value concept, planning and design, construction management and so on, so as to provide reference for the managers and designers of urban public space construction, to fully excavate the value of public space and to promote the efficiency of urban public space.
