Analysis and Improvement of the Problems on Hydraulic Equipment in the Special Bar Rolling Plant of SGIS

针对韶钢特棒分厂投产后出现的液压设备问题进行分析,提出改进油缸结构、接头形式、液压回路等措施,取得了良好效果和有益的经验。

This article analyzed the problems on the hydraulic equipment which appeared after the Special Bar Rolling Plant was put into operation,and brought forward the improving measures such as improving the structure of the hydraulic cylinders,the type of the connectors and the hydraulic circuit,which gained good effects and valuable experience.
