摘要
针对韶钢3 450 mm轧机支承辊油膜轴承进水问题,从设备设计结构和维护角度展开研究分析,确定辊系轴向窜动和油膜轴承密封不良是轴承进水的主要原因。通过采取相应的改进措施,有效控制了辊系轴向窜动,保证了油膜轴承密封的效果。
For the problem of water ingress in the oil film bearings for backup rolls of 3450mm rolling mill at SGIS,research and analysis are made from the perspective of construction design,which determine that the axial shifting of roll set and worse sealing of oil film bearing are the major causes.By taking relevant improvement measures,the axial shifting of roll set is effectively controlled,and the good sealing of oil film bearing is maintained.
