从浮子流量计的结构原理、应用特点、刻度转换几个方面介绍了浮子流量计的设计过程和应用。通过案例应用详细阐述了如何进行液体介质标定刻度瞬时流量值与工况瞬时流量值之间的转换计算,气体介质如何实现标况瞬时流量与工况瞬时流量的4种换算计算,将浮子流量计的应用系统化、公式化,便于厂家设计参考和工程应用计算。
The paper introduces the design process and application of float flow-meter from the aspects of its structure principle,application characteristics and scale conversion.Through the use case in detail,it elaborates how to carry out liquid medium scale calibration between the instantaneous flow values and working condition of transient flow value transformation calculation,working condition of gas medium status of instantaneous flow rate and how to realize the instantaneous flow rate of four kinds of conversion calculations,and how to systematize and formulate the application of flow meter,which may facilitate the manufacturers to make the design and engineering calculation.
