摘要
近几年,钢铁企业人力资源成本居高不下,已经影响到企业的生存和发展。因此,加强人力资源成本管理,对提高企业竞争力和实现企业持续发展具有重要意义。通过研究多家民营钢铁企业,结合设立人力资源管理模型和改进工艺流程,对降低人力资源成本问题进行探讨,并提出了几点意见。
The high cost of human resources in iron and steel enterprises has affected the survival and development of enterprises in recent years.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the cost management of human resources,improve the competitiveness of enterprises and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.By studying several private iron and steel enterprises,combining with the establishment of human resource management model and the improvement of technological process,the author discusses the problem of reducing the cost of human resources,and puts forward some suggestions.
