摘要
介绍某工程在基础底板中应用再生混凝土材料,施工中采取了合理的配合比设计及严格的施工控制,对达到28d龄期的混凝土进行了强度及耐久性指标的相关室内试验和现场随机抽样检测。结果表明,再生混凝土的强度、弹性模量等力学性能以及抗渗等耐久性能均能满足现行规范和设计要求。再生混凝土材料的应用符合我国可持续发展战略,可以获得良好的经济效益和社会效益,值得大力推广。
This paper introduces the application of recycled concrete in foundation slab of a real project. Reasonable mix proportion design and strict quality control were adopted in the construction. The laboratory tests and field random sampling inspection were carried out to evaluate the strength and durability of concrete at 28d age. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of concrete such as strength and elastic modulus,as well as the durability of concrete such as penetration resistance could meet the current specifications and design requirements. Generally, recycled concrete is one kind of sustainable concrete which is valuable to promote.
