重型拖挂卡车撞击桥墩的数值仿真及碰撞力特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 车辆撞击桥梁事故中,车辆结构形式对碰撞事故后果的影响显著。基于有限元软件LS-DYNA建立了精细的集装箱卡车数值模型,并对重型卡车碰撞桥墩过程进行了数值模拟。通过与实车撞击实验中的车辆破坏形态进行对比,确认了本文数值模型的合理性。基于该集装箱卡车模型,本文研究了不同车辆参数对车辆碰撞力的影响,其中包括集装箱货物刚度、车辆与桥墩的偏心距以及车辆速度等因素。讨论了各个参数对碰撞力变化特征及碰撞力峰值的影响规律。 Vehicle structural types have a significant effect on consequences of vehicle-bridge collision accidents. Based on the finite element software LS-DYNA,a truck-tractor-trailer numerical model is established in this study,and numerical simulations of the collision process between the truck and a pier are also carried out. The rationality of the truck model is calibrated by comparing the truck failure mode of the numerical simulation and experiment. Based on the verified truck model,a parameter study is conducted to research the influence of vehicle collision parameters on truck impact force, such as the stiffness of the cargo, the off-center distance between truck and pier, impact velocity. Additionally, the effect of these parameters on the impact force characteristics and the peak impact force are discussed.
