角钢格构加劲圆钢管约束混凝土柱轴压性能数值研究

Numerical Study on Axial Compressive Behavior of Circular Tubed Latticed Angle Steel Reinforced Concrete Column

摘要 采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对18个角钢格构加劲圆钢管约束混凝土柱的轴压性能进行了数值模拟研究。将角钢格构加劲圆钢管约束混凝土柱和圆钢管约束型钢混凝土柱的轴压性能进行对比分析,进而研究了钢管径厚比、钢骨含钢率、缀板间距等因素对试件最大荷载和延性的影响。结果表明:角钢格构加劲圆钢管约束混凝土柱具有良好的受压性能;角钢格构加劲圆钢管约束混凝土柱的最大荷载和延性随着钢管径厚比和缀板间距的减小以及钢骨含钢率的增加而增大,且延性增加的幅度随之逐渐减小;钢骨含钢率处于3.87%~7.18%时,试件有较高的最大荷载和延性;缀板间距可依据普通格构式柱的设计要求取值。提出了角钢格构加劲圆钢管约束混凝土柱轴压承载力建议计算公式,计算结果偏于安全保守,可用于工程设计参考。 The axial compressive behavior of 18 circular tubed latticed angle steel reinforced concrete columns were numerically simulated by software ABAQUS. The axial compressive behavior of circular tubed latticed angle steel reinforced concrete columns and circular tubed steel reinforced concrete columns were compared. The effects of diameter-thickness ratio of tube, the inner steel ratio of section,and the distance of batten plates on the behavior of the maximum load and ductility were studied in detail. The results show that the circular tubed latticed angle steel reinforced concrete column has good mechanical behavior under axial compression. The maximum load and ductility of circular tubed latticed angle steel reinforced concrete columns increase with the decrease of diameter-thickness ratio of tube and distance of batten plates. The maximum load and ductility increase with the increase of the inner steel ratio of section,but the increasing size of the ductility decreases gradually. The column has the higher maximum load and ductility if the inner steel ratio of section is between 3. 87% and 7. 18%. The distance of patten plates could be designed according to the ordinary lattice columns. The formulas for axial compressive bearing capacity of circular tubed latticed angle steel reinforced concrete column were proposed. The calculated results are safe and conservative,and the formula could be used for design reference.
