Ideas and Suggestions on Business Process Optimization of Financial System for Commercial Banks——Analysis based on Financial System of Bank of China

财务系统(FMS)是中行IT蓝图项目的重要子项目,并在2015年4月实现了全省财务系统的逻辑上收。本文在分析财务系统运行模式现状与不足的基础上,根据业务处理流程优化的实际需求,利用移动互联及系统集成等信息技术手段,对现有财务报账模式优化提出设想思路和完善建议,以此实现报销审批电子化、预算管控系统化、模块信息共享化、财务监督内嵌化的流程再造模式,提高财务工作的精细化水平,强化财务监督的全面控制能力,进而促进财务管理整体运作效率的提升。

The financial system (FMS) is an important sub-project of the bank's IT blueprint project, and in April 2015 it realized the logical collection of the province's financial system. Based on the analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of the financial system operation mode, this paper proposes ideas and suggestions for the optimization of the existing financial accounting model based on the actual needs of business process optimization and the use of information technology such as mobile internet and system integration. To realize the process re-creation model of electronic reimbursement approval, systemization of budget management and control, module information sharing, and financial supervision, improve the level of refinement of financial work, strengthen the overall control ability of financial supervision, and promote the overall operational efficiency of financial management.
