薯蓣丸加减方联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌效果及对VEGF、免疫功能的影响

Effect of Dioscorea Pills combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its Effect on VEGF and immune function

目的探讨薯蓣丸加减方联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌效果及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、免疫功能的影响。方法将86例鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组,对照组43例给予放化疗同步治疗,研究组43例在对照组治疗基础上联合薯蓣丸加减方治疗,2组均持续治疗7周。观察2组治疗前后血清VEGF、免疫功能、鼻咽癌生存质量(QOL-H&N35)评分,评价2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组血清VEGF水平及CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、NK比例和CD4^+/CD8^+值均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),QOL-H&N35评分均显著高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组血清VEGF水平、QOL-H&N35评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、NK比例及CD4^+/CD8^+值均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论薯蓣丸加减方联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌效果显著,可降低血清VEGF水平,改善患者免疫功能。

Objective It is to investigate the effect of Dioscorea Pills combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its effect on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and immune function. Methods Eighty-six patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=43) was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy simultaneously. The study group(n=43) was treated with Dioscorea Pills on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were treated for 7 weeks. The levels of serum VEGF, immune function and quality of life of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(QOL-H&N35) were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results After treatment, the levels of serum VEGF and CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, NK ratio and CD4^+/CD8^+ values were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05), and QOL-H&N35 scores were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). The levels of serum VEGF and QOL-H&N35 scores of the study group were significantly lower while the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, NK ratio and CD4^+/CD8^+ values were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dioscorea Pills combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy which can reduce serum VEGF level and improve immune function is effective in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
