摘要
研究旋磁铁氧体在内场作用下的非线性,设计了一个SIW旋磁倍频器。该倍频器采用无源倍频的方式,将一个中心频率19 GHz、带宽500 MHz的输入信号倍频到中心频率38 GHz、带宽1 GHz的输出信号。该旋磁倍频器在输入功率30 dBm的情况下,中心频率处的谐波分量大于20 dBm。设计、仿真分析与实验研究的结果表明:无源旋磁倍频器为提供大功率高效率倍频提供了一种有效的技术手段。
Based on the nonlinearity of gyromagnetic ferrite under the action of infield, a SIW gyromagnetic frequency multiplier is designed. The frequency multiplier, by way of passive frequency-doubling, doubles a input signal with 19 GHz center frequency and 500MHz bandwidth to a output signal with 38 GHz center frequency and 1 GHz bandwidth. The harmonic at center frequency of the frequency multiplier is larger than 20 dBm when the input power of the gyromagnetic frequency multiplier being 30 dBm. The design, simulation analysis and experimental research indicate that the passive gyromagnetic frequency multiplier could provide an effective technological means for the providing of high-power and high-efficiency frequency doubling.
