黑龙江省新型职业农民培训现状及存在问题分析

Analysis on the Status Quo and Existing Problems of New Type of Professional Farmers Training in Heilongjiang Province

随着城镇化进程的不断加快,目前农村很多青壮年劳动力进入城市发展,导致农村劳动力不断减少,制约着现代农业的发展。指出了黑龙江省新型职业农民培训的必要性,分析了目前黑龙江省新型职业农民培训的现状,并探讨了黑龙江省新型农民职业培训中存在的问题,最后提出了相应对策。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization process, many young and middle-aged laborers in rural areas have entered the city,which resultsin the continuous reduction of rural labor and restrictsthe development of modern agriculture. This paper analyzed the necessity of training of new professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province, summarized the current situation of this training, discussed the existing problems in the vocational training of new farmers in Heilongjiang Province, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.
