Holiday syndrome and cardiac neurosis

心脏神经官能症是假日综合征引发的常见病症之一。每逢节假日,心脏病复发的患者数量明显增多。除了天气寒冷、生活不规律等诱因外,不少患者都是由于家庭聚会时过度兴奋或劳累而引起血压升高、心率加快、心肌耗氧量增加,从而诱发心律失常、心绞痛或心肌梗死,甚至造成猝死。本文简要介绍了心脏神经官能症的发病机制、诊断与鉴别诊断及其防治措施。

Cardiac neurosis is one of the commonly seen diseases caused by holiday syndrome.Every holiday the number of patients with recurrent heart disease obviously increases.Besides incentives such as cold weather and irregular life,over-excitation or exhaustion contributes to the rise of blood pressure,acceleration of heart rate and increasement of myocardial oxygen consumption which results in heart rhythm disorder,angina pectoris or myocardial infarction,and even sudden death.This article briefly introduces the pathogenesis,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,and prophylactico-therapeutic measures of cardiac neurosis.
