Exploration and Analysis on Building the Social Credit System in China——Based on Multidimensional Perspective

社会信用体系是社会市场经济体制和国家整体竞争力的根本支持。然而,社会信用失范现象在经济、法制、社会等各个层面饱受社会各界诟齿。对社会信用体系缺失的分析揭示,我国社会信用体系有其重要的法制价值、经济价值、现实价值。因此,当务之急应当以政策为基点,以共建协同机制为核心,以权力本位调整转型为支撑,配套完善各项机制为保障,籍此建立起体制完备、机制完善的社会信用体系。

The social credit system is the fundamental support of the social market economic system and the overall competitiveness of the country. However, the anomie of social credit has been criticized by all walks of life in economy, le gal system and society. The analysis of the lack of social credit system reveals that our social credit system has its impor tant legal, economic and practical value.Therefore, it is imperative to take policy as the basis,co-construction and coordination mechanism as the core, power-based adjustment and transformation as the support, and complementary improvement of various mechanisms as the guarantee, so as to establish a social credit system with complete system and perfect mecha nism.
